CHALLENGE
Capital General Insurance is a local insurance broker offering all types of General and Life Insurance.
After the previous software provider fell short several times in the area of customer support, CGI started the search for a new provider, preferably a local party. This search led them to Bric. The timing was perfect as Bric was branching out in the insurance broker sector. With a short development process, Bric was able to build the additional features and meet the requirements of CGI.
SOLUTION
After multiple meetings between our teams, Bric was able to set up customer management, policy & prolongations management, and invoicing for CGI to fully run its primary operations.
The flexibility of Bric’s form builder allowed us to create a client profile including all policy information.
In addition, the filter functionality within Bric makes it very simple for CGI to quickly generate a list of upcoming renewals. With one click on the “renew” button policies can be renewed and the system automatically generates an invoice for the renewal.
Last but not least, Bric also built a dashboard to give insights into KPIs such as total active policies, total new policies, total premiums, total commissions/prolongations, and total amount unpaid. These insights will help CGI to better manage the business and make data-driven decisions moving forward.
