ROA and Bric: Together, we make it work!
ROA represents a bridge between vocational education (MBO) and the labor market on the three islands of the Dutch Caribbean. Bonaire, Saba and Statia have a need for well-educated, local laborers and ROA provides alignment between vocational courses and workforce demand.
Bric has built a custom Workflow module where companies can apply to become a “Recognized Training Company”. Being a recognized training company, means that a job trainer is present to guide students during their practical training and ROA provides the job trainer workshops and certification.
By using the Bric Software, ROA has a good overview of the training companies, their recognitions and their job trainers.
